If the email address you provide to SCALE is a wireless address, you agree to receive messages at such address from SCALE. Intellectual Property

Your use of the Website does not give you permission to use any of SCALE’s names, logos, designs, slogans, product trademarks or service marks (“SCALE’s Marks”) in any manner, or to use SCALE’s Marks or any other words or codes in any “metatag” or to use other information location tools to identify and select any sites, without SCALE’s express written permission for a particular use.

Severability
